I'd fix all that needs to be fixed in regards to a safe running vehicle.
Get another set of wheels with more sidewall like a set of non-sport OEM 17" 335 / 330 wheels (Not sure if the 16" wheels on the 328 / 325 will clear the front brakes of the 330). Hopefully that'll last a bit longer if you currently have the stock 18" sport ones.
Cleaning the interior shouldn't be too bad.
I'd personally just leave the dents and scratches if they're inevitable.
