what do you mean save name??? When your at the menu click the button and say voice commands, and it lists off the options you are allowed to say/the ones that are accepted. Listen to the way she says it and mimic her tone and pronunciation. The problem is you may not even be saying an available command. You do not need to save names by the way to use the voice commands. Pair your phone and click the button and say "phone book" this takes you to the phone book menu then it will ask for who you want to call. Say the name and it should dial automatically.
