On with the ED!
On the way to the delivery center, we saw BMW HQ…
… and the future home of the BMW museum (scheduled to open in the Spring of 2008)
We were warmly greeted when we arrived at the delivery center and were cordially invited to have something to eat in the bistro. We hadn't eaten lunch yet so we ate sandwiches and drank Coke Light, thinking this would probably be our most expensive meal in Munich!
Well, the delivery specialist (I can’t remember his name for the life of me, I think it was Sivy or something), came up and went through all the paperwork with us and he handed me the key while my wife and I toasted with champagne. We left the bistro with full bellies, compliments of BMW. If I had known it was free I would have gorged myself there for hours!
Into the garage we went, and this is what I saw:
I was taught all the bells and whistles that are installed on my vehicle, I mean EVERY button, with the exception of disabling DSC (Dynamic Stability Control), I had to look that one up!
