I say try to reproduce the problem, and if you are successful, tell them to fix it
seriously, if you have the problem, put the onus on BMW to tell you they can't resolve it (and why) vs. the onus being on you to determie whether they should resolve it.
I had no idea if i have SA 609, or if I have version 19 or greater. I am not sure I even know what this means
. but i did call them up, tell them my pop up arrow diplay doesn't work, told them my understanding is V25 fixes it, and then I got quiet and let him talk. First thing he said was " we will have V25 next week and can install then, does that work for you?"
uh, yup!
