Tech said that gasket inside oil housing was worn out hence why it was leaking through the gap. Small fix. Said it was a minor leak and he'd seen much worst. Common problem with bmws he added not only 335s. A change necessary very 75 to 80k kms.

If you have to drive it, I suggest you get it looked within a week, not 3 weeks. Leak can get worst and do further new damages.
