I had the same problem with my E92 328i before too, my rear would slide and I would fish tail around corners. This was with my old tire setup, it was going bald so I changed my tires and it fixed the problem. I still get it now and then when roads are wet but it's because i'm running stretched tires on my new setup so it's expected.
When was the last time you got an alignment and maybe your car was hydroplaning?
