Just jack up your car, and use the spanner wrenches to release the locking collars. Turn the collars about two turns or so and re lock them. Doing both sides should only take about 20minutes. You wont need to realign your car if you are raising it by less than 0.5". You're suspension geometry does not shift that significantly from just a two turns of the collar.
