Here's an idea. Those in Vaughan / Maple interested in a pre-meet, we can meet up at the Second Cup in the plaza at Rutherford and Bathurst. Then we'll head over to the SportCheck at Woodbine & 16th to sync up with the Sauga crew (assuming they plan to take 401, up on 404, and across on 16th / Major Mac. I don't recommend Hwy 7 due to the # of traffic lights). From there we can roll as one group to the BBQ.
As for timings, I guess it depends how early we want to get there haha. I think it will only take about 15-20 mins to get to the BBQ from Woodbine & 16th.
