I think I was the first to lock mine just with a piggyback and throwing codes, then the dinan one fried. Now I know of 2 haha

Pretty simple, It tries to read something that is unreadable. Weather that be a damaged variable, line of code, or an adaptation. Dont worry If you lock your ECU your car will go so nuts that youll be calling the dealership anyways.
