here's my assumptions:
the typical 3 "owner" is most likely 42 with an income of 145k.
the typical 3 "lessee" is most likely 28 with an income of 60k.
the typical 3 "CPO buyer" is most likely any age with any income, with a bias toward the youthful with working class incomes.
