In consolation though the people there were nice but like I said they missed a bunch of stuff and I didn't even bother telling them simply because my girlfriend was waiting to get picked up lol.

if they would have done a good job, $20 is reasonable. but, like you mentioned, if they miss a lot of spots and even not vacuuming well, it doesnt even worth $5 for me.
i have an another car wash close by, they charge $12 and much much better service than this guys.
