You could simply say "hi, my name is ____" anf if she responds you can take it from there.
Or if you want to be a little more clever or whatnot you could say something like "if we're gonna be running partners I think we should at least learn each other's name" and smile at her. It's cheesy, corky, whatever but at least it gets you going. That way she knows that you've noticed her too.
Edit: just read CIGARGUY's post above and I agree with what he said (we basically said the same thing lol).
