Not entirely sure what you are trying to do but it looks like you want an image that is a hyperlink? If so you want something like:
<p align="justify"><a class="thickbox" href="#TB_inline?go=go&height=390&width=300&inline Id=scopeMenuDealer"><img src="YourImage.JPG"></a>
where YourImage.JPG is the image you want to display. |
