Not really if its beat up and used with a ton of miles on it. That's like saying tires cost 1200 brand new but just b/c I might be selling them for 800 doesn't mean its a good deal. they can be worn, bubbling, feathered, etc. And that's a general statement to any type of item, car part or not.
