I have listed my numbers from both 30.0.2 and 31.1 below. From looking at the list 008.087.001 seems to cover from 29.2-30.0.2.

008.087.001 v30.0.2 E89X-08-03-540
008.106.001 v31.1 E89X-08-09-520

Version numbers confirmed from Final Report.
