95k really is nothing on an engine these days. You may have some exhaust emission control problems such as EGR valves or a DPF but the rest should be fine. I have a 320D with 121k on the clock and it sailed through its MOT once again and has not been any problem. If we did not have another little one on the way and needing the extra boot space of a touring I would be holding on to it.
Car with higher mileage will also typically have spent more time on the motorway so the suspension will not have been battered travelling over speed bumps and pot holes or at least that is my thinking.
