34 11 6 771 868 - $120
34 11 6 767 191 - $130
34 11 6 764 540 - $143
34 11 2 283 865 - $158
Only 1 for brake rotor: 34 11 6 770 729
and 1 for brake wear sensor: 34 35 6 789 441
1 part # for rear brake pads: 34 21 6 791 938
1 part # for rear brake sensor: 34 35 6 789 445
1 part # for rear brake rotor: 34 21 6 764 655
So...which of the 4 brake pad part # is correct? And are the rest OK as well?

Try using
www.realoem.com for OEM BMW parts. It looks like the front brake rotor and brake wear sensor are right but from the list of front brake pads you listed, none of them are right.
34 11 6 771 868 - $120 -> up to 330xi
34 11 6 767 191 - $130 -> 6 Series pads
34 11 6 764 540 - $143 -> 5 Series pads
34 11 2 283 865 - $158 -> M3 pads
You'll probably need:
Front pads: 34 11 6 794 917
Double check to make sure!
