What size tyre? You have rubbing issues, because your car is e90 lci which has 8mm wider rear track than pre-lci e90. Basically your 19x9.5 et22 is the same as 19x9.5 et14 would be on pre-lci e90.
You could add more camber, go with narrower tyre and possibly do some fender shaving.
