Do you really declare grills and a shifter as a mod? What about non BMW screenwash, or a magic tree airfreshener, do you declare that?

Mod by mod you always get hammered with a sort of minimum charge, so it will seem a lot if your premium is already low.

If its that bad, just cancel the policy and go elsewhere (if that doesn't hammer you with charges too)

Odd, AF wouldn't quote me, but Admiral did all my mods quite reasonably..

Now I'm with Esure (thats right my dear) they were best with all the mods, all these 'specialist' insurance brokers are s##t in my experience, they just markup other policies that you can get cheaper yourself.
