Good dealerships as part of customer service return your car washed. You would have seen it then.

Dealerships want and need to be held accountable. The Service Manager needs to know asap!

As much as they try to get everybody accomodated, in the processing, speed and carelessness can have a negative impact. as much as they say they try, Service Personnel are humans like us and make mistakes. Especially when they're plates are full.

Backing up a bit...before that, your Service Rep should have done a walk around with you. If they didn't, let this be your lesson and get one done next time.

And before you drive off the lot next time, you should do a walk around before leaving.
