I recommended those settings based on my experimentation, pitch and your concern about ride comfort. You want less rebound damping in the rear v. front. idk about those springs; they wouldn't be my choice but should suit your needs for comfort. over/understeer will have more to do with your driving; you can make the car do either with your right foot. Try to add some neg camber up front; you're going to need an alignment anyway, so pull the alignment pins out of the strut mounts at the very least and try to get -1d camber up front.
