going by my own experience and having seen bay area members with h&r sport springs on their e9x's, imho it would not be accurate to go by the published numbers as it is always lower than what h&r published.

and you really can't compare the numbers published between two different manufacturers. there's no way of telling if the way company A measured the difference is the same a company B.

i disagree the difference is minimal. when looking at suspension heights, even a 1/4" difference is very noticeable.
