+1 on ONR. ONR seems to work best when the poop is still somewhat fresh but for the dried variety....Poorboy Bird SH#T remover will soften it enough to be remove safely without marring the paint.
Since you have a history with bird poop, I highly recommend you layer-up on your LSP/protection going into Summer. Bird poop can etch an unprotected surface in less than 15 minutes on a hot day.
OR..... Get yourself one of these and don't ever have to worry about birds being around your car EVER again!!!!!! Good Luck.
