Even if you buy the parts online yourself for cheaper, you still need to have them installed. That's the problem right there. A lot of shops won't touch parts you didn't buy from them, and with good reason too. Plenty of times people bring stuff in that just doesn't fit or is the wrong part, then the shop has to screw around for twice as long installing your stuff which messes up their whole schedule for the day.
As for the 2 shops, I don't know much about Sheni's but I have read good things about it online. Exact opposite for Cam at Lightspeed. Everything I have read was negative about him. Sheni's is BMW or euro specific far as I knew. So that would be my best bet. I am pretty sure Frank at AMW in Edmonton would install any parts I brought him, but I don't think he does that for very many people.
