I use BMW Greenwich's Service/Parts center as well and find it is reasonable. That place services both BMW Greenwich and BMW Mamaroneck and is located in Port Chester, NY. They won't mod your car unless it is BMW Performance or Dinan parts. They would not put a 330 intake on my car.
