I agree. The above photo was to show that the only way you can ever have a concave setup on a 1 series is to run it up front with a widebody. The rear of the car comes with an 8.5" 52mm offset stock. To keep rubber under the fender as you go wider, you have to increase the offset significantly. low offset wheels look like a joke on the 1 series rear because they aren't even close to fitting, so you're better off just not doing it.

This is the 3 series forum, and the E9X doesn't have the same issue. The concave 9.5's fit with ease on the rear of the 3 series.
