I have a 2006 325i sedan w/iDrive... pretty sure it's what everyone considers here as "pre-LCI". Forgive me, as I'm still new and learning the lingo ;-)
I'm interested in retrofitting the car with heated seats too, but still a little confused on what I needed. I have the powered non-sport leather seats with memory. After reading the this entire thread, I'm not feeling like this job can be done to OEM specs. In searching for an aftermarket solution, it appears I can get the needed heating elements and switches for a few hundred bucks.
Before I pull the trigger and jump into this I would love to hear from a few more people on this... especially from those who have information specific to my vehicle year and model.
