itunes issues help
i have the vista operating system and recently restored to factory settings, downloaded itunes+quicktime. after installing i tried launching itunes but the below image showed up. i tried uninstall and re-install but the same thing. although after i click 'OK', it lets me get into the itunes but what is wrong with the error displayed?
i did not install any new burning software as what it implies.
