We have found the front seat headrests of our 335i to be poorly designed, tilting forward at the top only and never quite getting in the right position. I noted on the bmwusa.com site where you configure your own 3-series, the headrests in the picture are actually the headrests on the current 5-series which have a button to allow the headrest to swivel forward and out from the bottom.
Does anyone else find the current design a problem and do we know if the version on the bmwusa.com site is available, perhaps in Europe? Can we get those and replace the existing?
