For E90, I have seen posts claiming as high as -1.1 in the front, after removing alignment pins.
I tried to DIY the adjustment but could only get to -0.7, perhaps a pro can get more out of it.
I've also read you can get to -1.5 in the front with M3 wishbones and no alignment pin.
