At the bottom of the cover on the rear of the seat back, there are 2 plastic retainers that need to be cut/removed. Then the cover slides down, turn it a bit, and the back comes off. Before you do this, get 2 replacement plastic retainers to replace the cut/broken ones. They only cost about $0.40 each.
