Yes, basically the complications of electronics of a late model.
The E46 is a lot easier to work with. We are using the stock ECU and harness. I might do an AEM standalone later. We are talking with AEM and they are working on a system that will accommodate the throttle by wire and the Vanos. I will keep you all posted.

I'm just really curious how you got the S54 in there. Did you have to mod the subframe or firewall?
