I've been to Mpower and haven't had any issues. That being said, they do get a lot of complaints regarding customer service. Ned & Ted are good mechanics but poor communicators.
If you're on the north side of Houston then check out North Houston Beemer (nhbeemer.com). It's owned by the previous master tech at the woodlands BMW dealership. Good prices & great service. Also they will give you a loaner if requested unlike mpower.
