One thing I've learned over time is that the service advisers and parts people at dealerships know absolutely nothing beyond stock setup from the factory. Given the wheel has a proper offset in the mid 30s and you keep the rim width below 10" in the rear and below 9" in the front. You should be fine, as long as you also follow the recommended tire sizes that we've talked about in other threads.
