I think the "rust inverter" is what POR-15 is? or same concept atleast...

the POR-15 I couldnt find in a spray can...

guess that would be the easier/cheapest way to stop or prevent more rust? what about using that stuff on the underside of the truck?
Cheapest way would be sanding the rust off and putting bedliner in a can on it. Not the best way it just depends how much you want to spend.
