I just got my car back for a SES light. Luckily I have an extended warranty but they are of course giving me problems.
The tech found that they need to replace Injectors 4&5, Replace pre-heating Module and replace Mass air sensor.
This sounds similar to other people’s problems. I have 60Kmiles on my ride.
The problem I am having with the warranty group is that they had BMW clear the codes and gave me my car back. They are only whiling to fix it once the SES light comes on and the codes come back. Hopefully after a few days of driving it comes on and they will buck up and pix the problem.
