yeah you might need to rebed the brakes which is something you do to new brakes so that the pads and rotors contact correctly. failiure to bed brakes can cause squeaking, other causes can be loose caliper bolts / calipersprings.

The squeaking is actually caused by vibrations between the rotor and caliper, but likely you just need to rebed your brakes.
