Not gonna read every post, but the main idea I got. Here's what I suggest you do...

Call up your previous adjuster who dealt with the accident and the shop that fixed your car.
1. Complain that for the past few months the car hasn't been running right.

2. Have it re-inspected and make them repair everything that was missed or done incorrectly.

If the issues were apparent from the date of repair completion, then obviously it wasn't repaired properly. The insurer is responsible for these extra costs.

If they refuse, contact your local DMV, or better business bearau and complain that they've returned your car unfit to you and that it's unsafe and your concerned for your life.

This should get things moving of you have trouble with the insurer/repair shop.
