Had a DRZ in Spain when I was off-roading with guys from work. The day after absolutely torrential rain - so much so that some of the guys didn't ride that day. The DRZ was absolutely perfect for the conditions - lots of torque, easy to steer, I could plant it where I wanted it, comfortable. Climb anything on any surface. Not ultimately quick, but I didn't want that. Riding it was the best day of the trip. I'd been on a CRF 450 otherwise, which was really too much for my ability!!
