It is still for sale, unfortunatly there isnt much room to negotiate. What Im asking for is what I owe to the bank. Im not trying to make any money on this deal. If I took anything less, I would have to cover the rest out of pocket.
I feel like the price is pretty fair..NADA value is $40k, and KBB is even higher I believe..and thats not taking into effect the upgrades this car has. The exhaust alone is $7k new. This car is also listed for sale on Ebay and Autotrader and it is the lowest priced M5 with similar year (07-09, and 08 was when they changed they interior so 08's are worth a little more than 07's) and similar miles and options.
This car has every available factory option except leather wrapped dash board, and suede roof. The front seats even move to hold you in place when you turn!
