So i recently went on this drive through the canyons off PCH, into Malibu. I wanted to map it for all of you to check out:

I have it starting from Topanga Canyon, onto PCH, up Las Flores, to Piuma Rd, then back to Malibu Canyon Rd. It is awesome.
Note that the "switch-back"s are very sharp and are NOT forgiving. The start of Las Flores goes into a residential section so cruising for the most part in here. When you get to Piuma Rd, that's when the fun starts.
You'll be in 2nd gear (close to redline) most of the time and occasionally hit 3rd for short stretches. I STRONGLY suggest going easy for the 1st run through it to get used to the limits of your car on these turns as the roads are very tight.
For all you photographers - there are 2 stops on this trip where you can stop and take fantastic pictures of the canyons. Its pretty awesome.
