In the situation where your compressors can not operate, you would need to use either a tire pump (like a manual bike tire pump) or you can use a basic WallMart air compressor to fill the tank up, it just plugs in to your cigarette socket.
If it was a situation where your valves can not operate do to an electrical issue, you can always use a wire cutter/stripper to get access directly to your fill valves and then put 12v to them with a jumper pack.
Though personally I've had five cars on air suspension and I've never had any of these issues.
