Did you review the logs in the first post? 1000 = 10 degrees of timing? The V3 is running something like 0 degrees in spots pre-offset and the JB3 -2 degrees in spots.
Are either of you running Stage 3, on 91 octane, in 100 degree ambient temperatures?
