Folks, just wanted to update with what I ended up with:
I got Hawks Street performance pads and Zimmerman plain Z coat rotors. Thank you all for the suggestions.
Apologies to the folks who suggested these products on their websites, unfortunately I wanted to buy these off of Amazon.
