I figured it out under CIC, but it's weird that i have to first load up one of CAS/FRM/NFRM to get my VIN read by NCS... that's where my confusion was. I guess once it's loaded, it doesn't matter what I chose out of those three and I can select from more modules under Process ECU and just go from there.
