..yup, same here. For each replaced HPFP they send a bill to BMW of NA ...I suspect they make a good profit on this, they seemed extremely eager to convince me to have them do it (loaner included, which was quite unusual). Not so determined in fixing other minor issues or to do a good job, or to be professional, or to not damage the car inside and out etc, etc...
