That's a slot for the OEM wheel stud lock (part number: 36136786419).
It's worth noting that the similar OEM wheel stud lock, the one with "many codes" (part number: 36136792849) is too tall and does not allow the floor to sit flush on my E91.
I used your part number for the sunroof Allen wrench and what I received fits, but it looks like an ideal fit would have one "arm" of the Allen wrench longer than the other. Has anyone else run into this?
