Daily: Play Basketball almost everyday at least 4-5 times a week...Played 4 years of High School Basketball ... that was 3 hours a day 6 days a week... uhh those were the days... (it was only last year)... lol... i miss it!
Wieghts, and running 2 to 3 times a week.
Occasionaly play football ... go snowboardin few times a year... jet skiing in the summers (the best)
And my personal favorite... Partyin... twice a week
