You guys arent looking on for the long road. Think about it, the girl is big and knows food. So when you work out with her to get to a reasonable state, she stills knows food. She may be an amazing cook and will cook food for you. Then its a win win, she wont be obese any more and she will be a good cook. Ugly is ugly no matter what. No amount of plastic surgery can make a hideous face beautiful. Plastic surgery can take away fat though
