well multi cultural for me, means different cultures/ races in one particular area or location....
the people on tv, describe Brixton, Chinatown or Tooting as "multi cultural"?! ...where clearly, theres a majority of black/ indian/ chinese in these areas....so how can it be "multi" when theres a "majority"....Not saying that it's bad or not....but just saying it's NOT multi cultural...
